A Role Model of Hardworking and Customer First - Jinqiao Shan, Shensheng Urban Rail Transit Division
Complex things are easy to do, you are an expert; Repeating things with heart, you are the winner. Jinqiao Shan has been committed to the front line of after-sales service, maintenance and production for many years. He solves every after-sales service problem with a serious and rigorous work attitude, professional efficiency and perfect service attitude, and achieves extraordinary results in ordinary positions.
In August of this year, according to feedback from the quality inspection of Tianjin CRRC, multiple trains on the Jinghai Line and Tianjin Line 7 had rusting on the steel balls of the pantograph air circuit plates, and all of them needed to be inspected and rust removed. But the equipment has already been installed on the vehicle, some are installed under the seat, some are installed in the cabinet, and the operating environment is narrow, making it difficult to handle. Jin Qiaoshan first sprayed rust remover onto the surface, then used a brushed cloth, fine sandpaper, and brush to remove rust, and finally wiped it clean with non-woven fabric. The entire process was complex and difficult, but Jinqiao Shanli overcame all obstacles to complete it perfectly and received unanimous recognition from the customer. On September 8th, there was water ingress in the low-voltage connector base and bridge line supplied by our company for the 6th train of Wenzhou S1 project. The owner requested that all 18 trains be inspected. Jin Qiaoshan went to Wenzhou for overnight inspection as soon as possible. The environment under the car was dark, oily, and stuffy, but he stayed up all night for several consecutive days. He always says that service is no small matter, and every detail is responsible to the customer.
Day after day, year after year, in one position, there are countless examples of dedicated work. A Role Model of Dedication and Selfless Dedication - Zhao Benshan from Shensheng Craft Quality Department
There is a quality inspector in the process quality department who has solid professional knowledge and excellent business skills. For ten years, he has been adhering to the principle of "quality first" with simplicity, persistence, and no regrets in his ordinary position. He is the process inspector Zhao Benshan.
Zhao Benshan has been serving as a process inspector since 2013. In his daily work, he is diligent and proactive in thinking and solving various problems that arise during inspection. The high-voltage box cover of Tianjin Metro Line 7 is not aligned with the top and bottom of the box body. At the hinge installation point of the box body, it is bent into an R shape according to the drawing, which affects the hinge plane and causes the box cover to tilt forward towards the box body. After Mr. Zhao proposed cutting a groove with a laser and bending it into a right angled plane, the problem of the box cover tilting forward can be improved to some extent. The guide rail pin of the battery box on Zhengzhou Line 7 broke. After inspection by Mr. Zhao, it was found that the heat-treated grains at the fracture site were too coarse. The reason was analyzed to be due to high heat treatment temperature, incorrect material use, and other issues. Later, all the materials were replaced with new guide rail pins, which eliminated the subsequent fracture problem and quality hazards, reducing unnecessary losses for the company. After the vibration test of the sealing module at the vehicle end of the Brazil project, it broke. After inspection and analysis, there were no abnormalities in the material, welds, bending, and plate thickness; Master Zhao took the initiative to repeatedly study and analyze, and found that the R-shape at 90 degrees of the board was too small, which did not meet the design requirements. It should be designed with R ≥ the thickness of the board; Subsequently, he provided feedback to his superiors and, after correction, passed the vibration test again, providing favorable conditions for the company to deliver with quality and quantity assurance. He won the recognition and trust of customers with practical actions.

In daily work, he delivers goods to customer units in batches according to the plan. The main network cable was bitten off by mice, causing it to be unable to work. Military Commission Zhu not only took the initiative to solve the network problem for the procurement department and reduce the cost of hiring external personnel, but also blocked the original large holes and re drilled small holes that only the network cable could pass through to prevent mice from invading again.

With the gradual easing of the epidemic, the company's reception tasks have gradually increased since March, especially during the peak tourist season of July and August. Wang Hongyun not only completed the daily administrative driving tasks, but also took on the responsibility of receiving customers alone. Whether it was early morning or late at night, as long as the company gave the order, he could always be on call. 7. This is a group of like-minded people with a common belief. Their goal is to successfully complete the wire cutting and pre assembly work of Zhengzhou CRRC. They share the same ideal, and the single core group and shielding group work together harmoniously, striving to complete the established tasks. The wire cutting team of Zhengzhou Jiande Company's production department was honored as an excellent team by Kuigang Group in September.
The work of the wire cutting team is simply the wiring inside the locomotive, which is very complicated. If the wiring is wrong or the length is incorrect, it will cause problems with the entire vehicle's wiring. There are many types of wires with different lengths, including pulling, cutting, stripping, threading, marking, fixing wire numbers, coiling, and winding, all of which are essential steps. This is an ordinary and extraordinary job that requires teamwork and cooperation.
September this year was a busy and unforgettable month for the wire cutting team. The Zheng 6 Phase II project, Zhengzhou Line 7 and Line 8, as well as the upcoming Line 10, have been exacerbated by the shortage of two employees, making the understaffed team even worse. As the deputy head of the production department, Wang Min cannot share some of the tasks of wire cutting as usual. He needs to focus on the unassembled high-voltage box, and there are only three people left on the wire cutting site. Faced with the shortage of personnel, Wang Min immediately made internal arrangements within the department and asked the pipeline cutting team members to help in a short period of time. Wang Pei, Wang Jiaojiao, and Li Huanhuan, who are responsible for cutting wires in the production department, did not express dissatisfaction with the task, nor did they back down due to the difficulty of the new project. Instead, they worked tirelessly and worked together to improve work efficiency. During this period, Wang Pei is responsible for assigning line numbers and coordinating with CRRC's workstations, keeping track of work tasks and progress at all times. Whenever team members encounter difficult problems in their work, they will be resolved promptly. The entire team is making every effort to complete the necessary deliverables.
Facing difficulties and advancing with knowledge, there will always be gains. When there is a shortage of personnel in the wire cutting group, the pipeline cutting staff will come to help.
