       This year, facing the severe external market situation, the employees of Qingdao Kuigang Railway Equipment Group Co., Ltd. have worked together with the company, overcome difficulties, actively taken action, and carried out various tasks in an orderly manner. The company has produced a large number of outstanding employees who are diligent, hardworking, and responsible. In order to create a model that advocates excellence and fully leverages the exemplary role of advanced models, the company has launched the "Discovering Role Models" activity with the theme of "Learning from Role Models and Striving to Be Role Models" based on reality. After the event began, the Group's Human Resources Department used platforms such as bulletin boards and the Cloud Home system to issue relevant notices, and department (company) heads used meeting time to do a good job of publicity and promotion within their departments. According to the selection criteria for exemplary personnel, there were 4 departments and 4 employees participating in this selection. The Group's Human Resources Department verified the exemplary candidates and their deeds pushed by each department on site, and finally selected 3 outstanding employees after departmental selection and candidate qualification evaluation.

Let's listen to their stories together, follow the example, and learn from the advanced.A model of hard work and innovation - Yu Gongxin                                     Electrician Yu Gongxin from the Comprehensive Department actively learns all the professional skills involved in the maintenance position. In daily work, he tries to find ways to "save", makes efforts to "save", and puts in effort to "repair". If he can save, he saves, and if he can repair, he repairs. With an indomitable spirit, he constantly challenges himself. In the situation where there is a shortage of equipment and facility maintenance personnel in the company and the demand for maintenance in various departments increases, not only do they do their job well, but also take the initiative to undertake equipment and facility maintenance work. Actively exploring and innovating in work, changing the oil circuit connection joints of the machining center, turning external maintenance into independent maintenance, and completing the maintenance of the electric stacker by reviewing the instructions and drawings, proposing a cleaning plan for the central air conditioning host cooling condenser, and completing the cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep work independently, saving the company nearly 10000 yuan in maintenance costs.

                                                                                  A model of proactive self-discipline and enterprising spirit - Huang Yanan                          Huang Yanan is well aware of the importance of her position and keeps abreast of the company's products, production equipment, and job responsibilities. She diligently handles personnel recruitment, labor relations, attendance management, and file management in her daily work. Carefully studying personnel related policy documents, familiar with various personnel business processes and required materials, through continuous learning, summarization, and practical exercise, she has broadened her knowledge and improved her cognitive level. In work, I have a strong sense of time and execution ability. For tasks with time nodes such as social security and medical insurance, housing provident fund payment (suspension), and base adjustment, I am able to control time well and handle them on time without delay. She is strict with herself, diligent and steady. When faced with inquiries and questions from other departments regarding personnel, she is patient and provides comprehensive and detailed answers.

                                                                   A down-to-earth and exemplary model of external image - Wu Yongjun                                                         Zhengzhou Jiande undertook the first project of 18 column to 31 column groove and skeleton for Zhengzhou Line 6. From June 3rd to 4th, the 18th column groove and skeleton of Line 6 arrived successively. After the arrival, Wu Yongjun from the Technical Quality Department immediately went to the CRRC site for inspection. After discovering problems with cable trays, frames, batteries, and other components, he immediately provided feedback and proposed a corrective action plan based on his nearly 3 years of rich experience and superb technical skills in the company. He also led the production and after-sales maintenance departments to work day and night to rectify and repair the issues, successfully solving the first supply problem and receiving recognition from the customer. The company was also recognized by the customer as a qualified and high-quality supplier. Wu Yongjun led the team to achieve multi departmental cooperation and excellently completed the work tasks, reflecting the down-to-earth and image building corporate development philosophy of Kuigang Group, and demonstrating the unity and upward cohesion of the enterprise.
